Raised in a Photographic family, Curtis started taking pictures at age 15. He attended Los Angeles Art Center College of Design, which started a career in Advertising Photography. Curtis has won many accolades for his work in advertising including: N.Y. Art Director, Norma, National Addys, and Clio Award. His work has appeared in many national publications such as: Town & Country, Esquire, Print, and Communication Arts. His career in Advertising led to doing Commercials for his Clients as a Director/Cameraman.
Curtis went on to Attend The American Film Institute. At AFI Curtis received the
Mary Pickford Award Scholarship. His Master Thesis film the “The Blue Men” starring Estelle Parsons went on to receive a Student Emmy and Academy Award. 

Mike is a Communications / Media Production graduate from Michigan State University who had left his home base to start a Multimedia career in Tampa, Florida. Mike has a passion for the advertising world, who enjoys meeting new people and helping companies of all shapes and sizes navigate through the multimedia spectrum.  While perfecting video production in this ever evolving digital age, Mike has been able to assist all companies from small businesses and non-profits to large corporations build their brand with communicating on braodcast, delivering messages virally and internally. Content is King and Mike knows the best, most economical way to produce the content that will best deliver your message, whatever the medium may be.

Jolt is a nonprofit created by commercial and film production professionals to mentor and teach aspiring filmmakers while producing campaigns for Tampa Bay nonprofits. Focusing on efforts to help raise awareness within the Tampa Bay community.

Chanse Chanathalansy
Founder and Director

Chanse Chanthalansy, a graduate of the renowned Full Sail Real World Education started his career as a web designer. His unique ways of execution landed him a job as the head of Interactive Media without any knowledge of code. Chanse's unique approach is his simple minded execution with detailed plannings, and his extensive knowledge of technology is what made him the “go to” for Post Production. Chanse believes his job is a game of chess, stay 5 steps ahead, always have a plan B, and sacrifice is just a way to redeem your position. After 13 YRS of experiencing multiple types of creative execution, Chanse is now the Executive and head of PP+K's Broadcast Production.

Kimberly Jackson
Media/Public Relations​

An award winning filmmaker and founder of the “Tampa Film Network”, an organization that helps independent film makers with over 2100 members, and “Robot's for a Cure”, an organization that helps raise funds for people who suffer from autoimmune diseases such as Crohn's, Lupus, and Barth Syndrome. Joe Davison works relentlessly as a Director, script writer  actor, producer, and author. His has made films in England, Germany, and most recently in Alaska, as well as in Tampa Bay, his hometown. He has produced six award winning feature films, has directed four feature films, and has written nine-teen screenplays and five novels. As an actor he has starred in nine feature films. Most recently he developed Nerd Shuttle; a website and Talk News programme for comic book, video game, and tech nerds!

A native of Tampa, FL, Kimberly is a graduate of the University of South Florida, with a Bachelor in Communications. While in college, she worked as an athletic trainer for USF and Health South, all while organizing, promoting and raising funds for several different non-profit 501 c 3 organizations. In concordance with her degree in Communications, she interned for WFTS-TV, Channel 28(ABC affiliate). Her diversified experience in media relations include: News Research, Editing Segments, Producing, Directing. Upon graduation, she began working for MORE-TV 32, formerly WB 32. Responsibilities included commercial and program editing, promotions and master control. In November 1999 she started KVJINC, Consulting and hasn’t look back since! Her past and present professional affiliations include:

Ginger Waters
Marketing/Liaison 

With a diverse background that includes executive positions in marketing, sales and strategic partnerships, Ginger’s career history includes leading Fahlgren Benito Advertising, a $170 million advertising agency, managing the global print advertising and co-operative advertising programs for Walt Disney Attractions, serving as Vice President of Marketing for the Hertz Corporation, and managing sales and promotional programs for two major cruise lines. 


She is a graduate of the University of Florida, and received her MBA from the University of Miami.

Pete Guzzo, MBA. Pete is a contracted Director and Senior Creative Producer (PG2.) He has been directing and producing films (Guzzo Bros Films), television pilots, commercials, DRTV, interactive videos, segments for broadcast TV, and animation projects for over 13 years. Pete is the lead on his client’s projects managing and developing creative concepts, composing business and marketing plans, managing budgets, and overseeing projects from pre-production to post-production while adhering to strict timelines. Pete began his career as a production assistant at the age of 21 at HTV and CTTV. He quickly moved up to become a freelance editor and videographer. By the time he was 24 Pete started his own company (1 Day Productions.)
